Deep roots
Klaus-Dieter Gens was among the first German trainers certified by Marshall Rosenberg in 1999. For over ten years, he and Katarina volunteered to coordinate Marshall's visits to Northern and Eastern Germany.

Hundreds of seminars, twenty-five trainer-training cohorts, and countless one-to-one journeys — always carried by real human meeting, never by method alone.

Out of a wish to make NVC literature accessible, Conex books and more was born — for over twenty years a hub for the practice in the German-speaking world.
